With 25 years of experience in the Early Childhood Educational field, Gwendolyn McEvilley, M.Ed., has dedicated her career to the lives of children, families, teachers, administrators, and family childcare providers as an Instructional Leader, Charter School Principal, Non-profit Executive Director, Mentor and Coach.

We anticipate that our program will grow through the reliability of our character and the dexterity with which we deliver our services. Ms. McEvilley is a NYS Pyramid Model Master Cadre with Reliability in TPOT and TPITOS.
Ms. McEvilley is also a member of the New York ASPIRE registry since 2015 and received her MWBE in 2024.
